As an IT Applications Manager, Collaboration Systems at Convoy, you are eager to get your foot in the door at a fast paced, rapidly growing startup. As a member of the IT Applications team, you will play a critical role in managing systems that foster collaboration for all Convoy employees.

You Will:

• Identify opportunities for application implementation, redesign, or process improvement; focused on the Google Workspace ecosystem, Slack, and Zoom.
• Take ownership of the application support experience, including: documentation, education and escalations.
• Partner directly with our Systems & Security teams to maintain application security controls, our AV group with Zoom Rooms deployment and management, and other key business units in relation to Collaboration initiatives.
• Stay current with new functionality in Google Workspace, Slack, & Zoom to oversee routine updates, drive the deployment of new features and offer designed solutions to business problems.
• Build a strong technical culture around our business systems that emphasizes technical excellence, rapid iteration, strong security, and frictionless user experiences.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of experience administering Google Workplace
• At least 2+ years of experience administrating Slack in an enterprise environment OR 2+ years of experience administering enterprise level Zoom deployment.
• Proven functional experience with business units and systems that enhance employee experience and effectiveness: Workplace, People, Learning & Development, Recruiting, Security, Infrastructure and more.
• Developed application strategies for Groups, Calendar and room resources, collaboration for hybrid meeting in a “digital first” environment.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain system changes and functionality to all workers across Convoy.
