Aircall is looking for a creative, energetic, and experienced editorial lead to partner with our Senior Content Lead, and manage Aircall’s content ideation and production across the marketing department. This role, reporting into the Global Senior Manager of Content, is part of the Content Team–one of the teams that makes up the larger Brand & Content team at Aircall. You’ll be joining an already established marketing team and will leverage our tone of voice for all of our efforts (brand, field marketing, product marketing, etc.), ensuring quality and accuracy across all content produced. This role will also be responsible for supporting the content ideation, production, and implementation across all of our touch points—from blog posts to ads, landing pages, and long-form content (ebooks). A successful candidate is a highly motivated individual who works comfortably and autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You have a demonstrated ability to manage priorities and projects, with a mix of organizational and communication skills.

What you'll do:

    • Collaborate closely with the Senior Content Lead on the editorial calendar for North American content
    • Create sharp content for owned, earned, and paid media, including blog posts, video scripts, website content, long-form content, social, editorial bylines, and more
    • Implement Aircall’s tone of voice and editorial guidelines within our content, and making sure we’re covering a mix of different types of content that helps us reach a wider audience
    • Rally a network of internal partners: Studio, Content, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, SEO, and other internal teams to ensure clear communication across relevant projects
    • Work with external vendors (agencies and freelancers) and occasionally manage content freelancers/agencies
    • Work closely with the Demand Gen team to include editorial in our SEO strategy, as well as be informed about related KPIs
    • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and Product Marketing teams to ensure quality and accuracy of North American content
    • Optimize existing content to improve performance and increase conversion
    • Ensure all-around consistency (including style, fonts, images, and tone)
    • Update website content with our easy and accessible CMS
    • Review and proofread already localized content to ensure its quality

What you'll bring:

    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Language Studies or International Studies preferred, but not required
    • 4-6+ years of prior content creation & project management experience, working on projects that involve website, marketing collateral, product/software wordings, knowledge base, creative content, etc.
    • Experience working for SaaS companies & a start-up environment
    • Working knowledge of industry standard CMS & Google Drive tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
    • Bias to action, proactive & innovative by nature
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Self-starter—you see a clear link between your actions and their outcomes
    • Analytical skills are a big plus (Google Analytics), to understand the performance of your content
