About the Role

FareHarbor is looking for a multi-skilled Senior Recruiter who brings a balance of creativity and determination to our People Team. You will sit in our San Francisco office and you will work closely with the Recruiters in the Americas Region. In this position you will split time working on Technical/Product roles and Commercial roles, so the ideal candidate is comfortable with both types of Recruitment.

You will have a wide variety of responsibilities in the Recruitment realm and your main goal will be to maximize our talent density and minimize the time it takes to hire. You will work closely with different members of the People Team to ensure the recruitment and onboarding process is operating efficiently and effectively.

You are driven, eager and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, friendlier and more efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment process and candidate experience for the technology and product team in San Francisco, and commercial teams in Denver, Boston, and Hawaii, with a strong emphasis on finding and hiring the best talent for the business.
  • Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to define the most efficient recruitment path per role;
  • Manage the end-to-end selection process for tech and non-tech roles. You’re fully responsible for the job posting, applicant screening, candidate interviews, pipeline management, and much more;
  • Stakeholder Management: consult with and advise hiring managers and stakeholders with decision making;
  • Networking online and offline with potential candidates will be an important part of the role to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and to ensure we attract the best professionals for FareHarbor;
  • Guide and support candidates through the selection process. As their point of reference, they need to be able to count on you;
  • Build value, by embracing the FareHarbor culture;
  • Deliver the best candidate experience possible;
  • Maintaining data integrity within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse);
  • Help with recruitment projects, process-improvements, and bring new and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Support the other regions (APAC & EMEA) as needed.

Competencies:

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment and in-depth knowledge in tech hiring particularly (engineering and product)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to define and execute strategy.
  • Ability to manage, organize and prioritize, leading effectively through the dynamics of change in an entrepreneurial environment;
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;
  • An innovator with a “get things done” mentality;
  • GreenHouse experience is a plus, or you have yourself set up and/or managed a similar ATS;
  • Experience working with recruiter tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other recruiting tools;
  • Personable with strong oral and written communication;
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines calmly and confidently
