Job Description
OverallAs a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager, you will be a key member of the Strategic Initiatives Group (SIG), supporting business leaders by evangelizing growth through project leadership. You will be responsible for the delivery and execution of strategic projects by collaborating with business workstream owners and other SIG team members.
You will drive all aspects of thematic programs from inception to completion, actively identifying and resolving impediments across all Business Units within SIG.
Programs (The What)Focused on growth-centric programs, including:
New product GTM launches
SIG partner management
- Maximize existing partners
- Launch new partners
- Support new partner GTM launches
Marketing and sales
- Optimize marketing and sales funnel
- Activate outbound
Operations
- Functional Business Unite initiatives attached to efficiency and growth
Methods (The How)- Creates & Owns Detailed Program Plans, with workstreams, interdependencies, dates, and owners
- Leads Regular forums with cross-functional teams to resolve key pacing items and impediments
- Actively negotiates outcomes and solutions to pacing items and impediments
- Support GM's by providing ad-hoc coverage of operational gaps spanning programs
What We're Looking For In Our Candidate- Leadership qualities; the ability to influence others, form opinions, recommendations, and drive programs from start to finish
- Scrappy and resourceful; effective in a fast-changing business environment
- Executive-level communication; can simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders at all levels (exec-entry level)
- Can represent a GMs perspective and influence when GM is not present
- Highly effective running multiple cross-functional programs/workstreams
- Program Management/Project Management skillset
- Cultural fit, hard working and effective while being pleasant to work with
