#CSquad family! Content Square is seeking a Sales Performance & Compensation Analyst to join our growing and dynamic team. As Sales Performance & Compensation Analyst, your work will focus on analysis to maximise the performance of the sales teams around the world. This will cover the dual aligned areas of sales performance to identify opportunities for acceleration & and an overview of compensation to both feed into the compensation process & to provide proactive guidance and partnership to sales & operations leadership on compensation direction. In this role you will be an integral partner to Content Square sales & operations leadership teams in giving visibility, and leadership on performance analysis and compensation options to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Provide analysis skills to support business insights and acceleration planning - Historical analysis of pipeline, close rates & velocity; Building business models to support acceleration planning; Organization modelling across in seat & open roles
- Take on the current sales performance reporting formats and cadence
- Review current sales performance reporting for scope, usability & cadence
- Work with stakeholders across the business to define & enhance global reporting to deliver actionable insight on sales performance challenges and opportunities
- Develop and roll out this enhanced sales performance metric reporting and insight to agreed cadence, implementing a feedback loop for potential improvements & enhancements
- Take over the business side of the compensation strategy, analysis, cadence & reporting & exception handling, working with Finance on the data to enable commission payments to be made on time
- Alongside Finance, review current processes and compensation reporting to identify improvements and recommend changes to improve efficiency, accuracy & transparency
- Provide expertise in identifying potential improvements to further drive performance from bringing together compensation and performance insight on the effectiveness of the compensation plan
- Model compensation plan options to determine impacts on both performance and compensation budget
- Working with sales leadership on evaluating those options alongside feedback to determine the most effective compensation plan
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant experience in an operations / compensation / finance analysis role for high-growth SaaS technology firms.
- Clear, concise and solution-focused communication
- Advanced analytical & Excel skills and experience working across multiple complex datasets
- Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
- Highly organized person, adept at prioritizing (time management, managing multiple projects) with proactive sense of urgency
- High level of personal drive, self-motivated and passionate. Possesses a natural curiosity to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills, experienced building strong cross-functional working relationships
