What are my responsibilities?1. 负责西门子数字化互联与电源产品以及解决方案在半导体行业的推广,拓展市场占有率,保持与全国销售及客户的良好关系。Responsible for promoting DI PA DCP products and solutions in semiconductor branch, develop market share, keep good relationship with Chinese sales and customer.2. 建立半导体行业市场透明度,发展业务合作伙伴Build up market transparency of semiconductor business, develop business partner3. 制定相应的市场策略和发展计划以完成年度任务Develop go-to-market strategy and specific promotion measures to achieve annual profit target4. 协调各项市场宣传活动,促进业务增长Coordinate marketing activities to promote business growth。5. 管理和稳定客户关系,建立长期合作策略,明确项目和客户清单Manage and maintain customer relationship and long-term strategic cooperation,define in the project and customer list through the activities6. 市场调研、分析,提供客户/竞争对手/行业信息等等Market research, analysis, providing customer/competitor/industry intelligenceWhat do I need to qualify for this job?1. 工业自动化,电气,通信等相关专业本科或以上学历Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automation, electrical engineering and communication or related2. 从事3年及以上半导体行业或工业通讯工业电源相关工作More than 3 years sales or business development experience in the field of semiconductor, experience in industry communication or power products.3. 条理清晰,具备工作激情,责任心强Clearly and logically, passion, strong responsibility4. 具备团队合作精神,有大局观Have team spirit, and have vision of overall situation5. 英语听说读写流利Excellent English skills in writing and speaking
