Office Services falls under the People Experience track within the Business Operations Competence. Office Services is right in the heart of internal service at Klarna and we help with various tasks, within different departments, globally. This role is an important pillar when it comes to building our brand and culture here at Klarna. Success in this role means making the service work smoothly in the office and within the team's tasks. You are at your best when given responsibility and freedom. You like to take on the initiative and to embrace change, as no day is the same, which makes the job so much more enjoyable! Your administrative skills are tremendous, and you have experience in service or office management. You love to create order out of chaos, and it will be your solution-oriented mindset that sets you apart from other candidates.

Your assignment:

    • Day-to-day business in the office
    • Administrative tasks and support
    • Organizing internal events and ‘fikas’
    • Communicating with suppliers
    • Stakeholder management
    • Working together with your global team
    • Identifying opportunities for processes and office management improvements

What we expect from you:

    • Passion to drive employee experience to the next level
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Proactive and can-do attitude
    • Attention to detail

You should have:

    • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, additional languages are always helpful
    • A degree from a university or at least 3 years experience from working within a service-oriented role, preferably in office management or front desk
