Your opportunity Klarna is looking for a Market Success Lead who will be the voice of the local consumers in the market: as a Market Success Lead you will have the responsibility to acquire and retain consumers at the best possible price and lead Klarna's organization towards smart and effective market investments. You will define and implement strategies to optimize the consumer experience and to incentivize sales in each expansion market. In a sentence: you will be responsible for consumers’ happiness. What you will do Alongside the local Partner Success Team, you will ensure that both Klarna’s customers - the Consumer and the Partner - are set up for success. You will test what best drives user acquisition and retention and plan the full-year roadmap to meet the market KPIs. You will conduct consumer research & studies to better understand your market and to drive the coordinated actions of the cross-functional teams responsible for the local customers. You will connect with a network of other Market Success Leads across the world who will support you and will expect you to share the knowledge you develop in your local market. Who we are looking for An analytical, self-driven and creative individual with exceptional problem-solving ability. Someone who has an ability to think strategically, but also someone who will roll-up their sleeves and execute with quality - this is a hands-on position. You must be someone with exceptional communication skills who is able to coordinate between many stakeholders towards a common long-term goal, with a strong focus on consumer satisfaction.

You probably have

    • You have 3+ years of professional experience
    • You have a background in one or more of these areas: marketing, product management, business development, or business operations
    • Experience with go-to-market strategy and operations and/or product / market expansion
    • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and customer obsession
    • Ability to work with ambiguity and pivot quickly in a fast-paced growth environment.

It’s nice if you have

    • Experience in a fast-growing company, or start-up, ideally Fintech
    • You enjoy working with engineering and product teams, driving and engaging in technical, complex, and challenging cross-team engineering initiatives.
    • You understand the local legal, compliance, and regulatory foundations for the BNPL industry.
