DUTIES: Design, develop, test and deploy data integration solutions for MongoDB. Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements. Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize objectives, and translate business process objectives into technical specifications and software solutions. Identify automation opportunities within the business, create detailed process flow documentation and implement quality solutions leveraging UiPath automation tools. Automate manual business processes by building software solutions. Create integrations between enterprise systems like Salesforce, Netsuite, Successfactors, Coupa, Xactly Incent etc., by using Python scripts and middleware technologies like Boomi. Build sophisticated dashboards in Tableau by aggregating data from different enterprise systems for stakeholders. Designing and building effective incentive compensation management solutions for the organization using Xactly ICM. Telecommuting is permissible.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Analytics, or related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a data analytics-related occupation.

SKILLS: Experience and/or education must include:

• Data Integrations using ETL tools for Xactly Incent;
• Designing and building effective incentive compensation management solutions for the organization using Xactly ICM;
• Gather requirements, prioritize objectives, and translate business process objectives into technical specifications and software solutions;
• Automate manual business processes by building software solutions using programming languages like Python, SQL, MySQL etc.;
• Identify automation opportunities within the business, create detailed process flow documentation and implement quality solutions leveraging automation tools; and
• Create integrations between enterprise systems like Salesforce, Netsuite, Xactly Incent, etc., by using Python scripts and middleware technologies.

SALARY: Offered salary is between $150,000 to $165,000/per year
