  • Select and lead implementation of technologies that enable program scalability and allow team members to focus on higher-value activities related to program execution.
  • Collaborate with the leader of the learning tech stack on the selection and implementation of an LMS.
  • Apply expertise in organizational change and large-scale program management to ensure initiatives are aligned with business strategy, have adequate exec. sponsorship to be successful, take into account organizational capacity, and are otherwise set up for measurable success.
  • Advise and influence senior leaders on areas related to leader and manager development, coaching, and individual contributor development.
  • Lead and develop team focused on manager and leadership development, individual contributor development, and team development.
  • Facilitate meaningful, and sometimes sensitive conversations via 1:1, focus group discussions, or in team settings.
  • Work closely with People Business Partners, senior leaders, team members, and other partners to ensure alignment and efficiency of solutions.
Required Proficiencies:
  • Deep experience in leadership development; instructional / curriculum design; large-scale program design, development, and delivery; team development; coaching & mentoring program management; and a demonstrated understanding of the intersectionality of leadership development programs within talent management processes.
  • Experience leading sophisticated, org-wide initiatives, including the ability to advise and manage small and large-scale projects with multiple contending priorities while partnering with leaders across the company for prioritization and implementation.
  • An ability to build personal credibility and impact through influencing others, leading people, and communicating clearly, including experience in facilitating senior leader conversations, reaching consensus, and arriving at clear decisions.
  • Experience crafting and tracking metrics to measure the success of programs
  • Skill at designing and delivering programs virtually, along with an ability to evaluate both virtual and in-person training and learning program content providers
  • Strong people development, coaching and feedback skills to enable the career growth of an already hard-working and successful team
  • A proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing, building compelling presentations and facilitate impactful sessions.
  • Innovative approach to foster ways of taking traditional “best practice” development programs to the next level
Preferred Proficiencies:
  • Certification in Prosci Change Management Practitioner program
  • Experience or Certification in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and KF 360s
