In a typical month, the Technical Recruiter at OneSignal might:
- Partner with Engineering Org Leaders and hiring managers to determine hiring needs
- Build and execute strategies to identify and engage with diverse engineering pipelines of candidates
- Recruit, source, assess, and close candidates
- Share ideas and collaborate cross-functionally across the Talent team
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates for future openings
- Help develop new processes and procedures to support the scaling of the Talent Team
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Strong experience sourcing and closing candidates in a highly competitive marketplace
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing an excellent candidate experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to connect and form relationships with engineering talent
