Recruiting Coordinator, APAC (Based in India)

Job Description

Taboola is looking for a regional Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for from posting open positions to job boards, scheduling interviews across departments, handling last-minute scheduling changes, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, and smoothing over any other speed bumps in the hiring process.

The job of a coordinator starts when candidates respond to a job opening and ends when the organization fills the position in question, both internally and externally. In other words, recruiting coordinators work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly.

Competencies

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR-related fields
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Comfortable to work hybrid, location of office is in Gurugram, India
