ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with product and business leaders to tackle high-priority challenges and drive growth across the organization. We are seeking an Analyst/Sr. Analyst to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to help drive the growth strategy for TKWW by working with senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a unique combination of thoughtful analysis, creativity and interpersonal skills to support strategic growth initiatives, 3rd party partnerships and M&A. This role is ideally suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct primary and secondary market, user, and competitive research and analysis to support strategic growth initiatives
• Assess new business opportunities and strategic partnerships and help deliver recommendations/POV based on learnings
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and due diligence related to strategic projects, partnerships and acquisitions
• Create clear executive level presentations
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with senior executives and external partners
• Provide reporting and analytics to measure performance of strategic initiatives, in collaboration with other teams (for example, business operations and data science)
• Other ad hoc projects as needed depending on business needs and team goals

SUCCESSFUL ANALYSTS CANDIDATES HAVE:

• A solid team player who's also an independent thinker
• A robust analytical skill set including experience with financial modeling
• Ability to manage the big picture combined with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven project management abilities
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• High degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• High energy, proactive, positive, curious and flexible
• BS, BA or equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college
• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or finance
• Prior experience in digital technology or e-commerce a plus
