The Opportunity This contract position will support the full-life cycle recruiting process and partner with several teams across Mozilla’s Corporate Functions including IT, HR, Finance/Accounting, Bus Dev, Legal, HR, and Marketing. This is a six-month contract with the potential to extend to twelve months. What You’ll Get To Do

• Support the recruiting function for corporate IT, HR, Finance/Accounting, Bus Dev, Legal, HR, and Marketing.
• Assist Lead Recruiter with reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Demonstrate a track record of driving successful inclusion and diversity strategies and tactics throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You Bring

• Excellent communication skills, building strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, and establishing credibility within and outside of the organization.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies in the recruiting process.
• Advocates, educates and influences business partners to embrace Mozilla’s inclusive hiring recruitment strategies, processes and philosophy.
• 3+ years experience in corporate, G&A recruiting functions.
