We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven and customer-centric Marketing Automation Specialist that has a passion for chatbots, emails and deciphering what drives people to action. In this role, you’ll take part in designing Taboola’s cross-channel, mass communication global strategy. Empowering our potential and current customers with tools for success, throughout their entire life cycle. The Marketing Automation Specialist is a performance oriented person that blends an out of the box and creative mentality, automation skills, and an analytical approach.

At Taboola, we currently work in a hybrid work model giving employees the flexibility to work from home a few days a week. We have offices in Ramat Gan and Beer Sheva and are looking to grow to additional locations such as Jerusalem, where our Taboolars have the opportunity to meet their teammates, connect with other teams and socialize with friends.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Full ownership of our in platform communication activity including planning, building and optimizing chatbots
• Hands-on management of email marketing flows, from ideation to implementation, to measurement and optimization
• Lead cross functional projects with your growth marketing team and with multiple stakeholders within the company
• Commitment to results, and report on progress

What are the skills a Marketing Automation Specialist needs to have?

• 3-4 years of experience in marketing automation / email marketing or similar with a strong focus on performance and optimization together with implementation
• Proven hands on skills in platform communication (preferably Intercom)
• Proven experience with Marketing Automation platforms (preferably Marketo)
• Creativity and ability to judge design and copywriting
• Understanding of the marketing funnel and user lifecycle
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Strong communication skills and excellent English, required to communicate daily with global teams. Additional languages is a plus
• Proven project management skills
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
• B2B experience - Strong advantage
• Works well in a team and as an individual contributor
• Attentive to details and QA
• Proactive approach and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
