Job Description

• Take responsibility : You will be responsible for several Bosch business units within the Bosch.IO Customer Success Management Team to be the core interface for the entire Bosch.IO solution portfolio and the business units requirements towards Bosch.IO.
• Think holistically : You maintain a close contact with the business units, understand their needs and requirements and give feedback into the Bosch.IO organization. You are the customer's voice in the Bosch.IO organization. You are Bosch.IO's voice towards your customer. You manage proactively the customer relationship and digital journey and ensure that Bosch.IO is involved in major digital and IoT activities of the business units.
• Experience cooperation : You support the Bosch business units in developing, implementing and successfully marketing their IoT and digital business models. You ensure that customers are served holistically across the Bosch.IO & IT Delivery organizational boundaries and that projects are delivered on time and in budget. You gather and consolidate Bosch business unit feedback on Bosch.IO offerings and solutions and help Bosch.IO to actively develop its solution portfolio. Therefore, you establish a good understanding of all Bosch.IO offerings and establish a good relationship to the Bosch.IO colleagues in charge.
• Help shape future : You are a pioneer and companion for the Bosch business units on their way into the digital future. Based on your comprehensive understanding of the entire Bosch.IO solution portfolio and the needs of the customers, you provide decisive impetus for the further development of the Bosch.IO products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Personality : Self-motivated and assertive, pro-active problem-solving skills, persuasive
• Working Practice : Independent, responsible, entrepreneurial thinking and acting and confident appearance towards customers with the aim of establishing a long-term partnership
• Experience and knowledge : Experience in the interaction, planning and initiation of (cooperation) projects in the business area with pronounced "problem solving ability". You are also able to work across functions and organizations. Experience in either the consumer products / residential environment or automotive area desirable.
• Education : Studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or similar
• Languages : very good german and english skills both written and spoken
