Patreon strives to provide creators with insight, education, and tools that make it possible to retain creative control while running their creative business, so creators can focus on creating and energising their fanbases.

Our user base has doubled in the last year alone, and we have paid over $2 billion directly to creators on our platform.

What you will do:

• Produce education content that supports independent creators in their professional and personal development.
• Build and manage strategic education partnerships to deliver world-class learning and development opportunities for creators, including producing partner content and event activations.
• Design and implement new education programs for emerging creators and creators of color.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate creator development opportunities into Patreon events and experiences.
• Develop and manage social impact programs to support and nurture upcoming generations of creators.

Skills and experience you possess:

• 5+ years of experience in education and community programs
• Program design and implementation: Responsibility for developing and delivering education programs, including fellowships, mentorships, and workshops, in a product-centric company.
• Curriculum and content production: Hands on experience designing curriculum and producing educational content in a range of formats.
• Strategic partner management : Responsibility for building and executing brand-level partnerships, including producing partner programs, content, and activations.
• Event production : Production of events and experiences that enable participants to learn with and from one another.
• Cross-functional partnership: Strong relationships and execution with internal stakeholders across marketing, communications, and product.
• DE&I and social impact: Experience designing and delivering social impact programs, and integrating DE&I in program strategy and implementation.
• Project management: Responsibility for managing multiple work streams and partner, vendor, and contractor relationships.
• Superfan of creator and internet culture: Extensive knowledge of creators’ needs is a necessity. Direct experience as a creator is a plus.

Projects you may work on:

• Building and launching marquee education partnerships.
• Designing and building new creator development programs and content franchises.
• Facilitating creators’ ability to learn with and from one another and Patreon.
• Developing and implementing an education events and experiences strategy.
