We have an exciting Product Consultant position in our Client Services department providing support to our Event Solutions customers. As a Product Consultant, you will join our dynamic, close-knit Client Services department and gain best-in-class customer service experience. Our Client Services team is made up of people from various educational backgrounds including, but not limited to: business, psychology, communications and computer information systems.
What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as a technical resource for the Cvent Integrations team
  • Provide product support to customers over the phone and through web to case
  • Document customer interaction in Salesforce.com
  • Offer best practice tips to customers to boost to maximize their use of Cvent
  • Collect product feedback from customers
  • Create and update content for the customer & internal knowledgebase
  • Respond to customer submissions in the Cvent Support Community
  • Conduct web-based training for new and existing customers
  • Communicate with the client and review the initial implementation with them and make required changes

What You Need for this Position

  • At least 1 year of customer support experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • University graduate or equivalent level of skills and knowledge
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Must be articulate, adaptable, organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

Areas of Expertise Desired

  • Cvent Integrations which include all of the out of the box integrations, for example: Marketo, Eloqua, Concur travel/expense, WebEx, PRN/GDS
  • More advanced integrations would include API Integrations such as SSO, HTTP Post, and CID
