About the Role

Kustomer’s Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the automation, monitoring, measurement, and analysis of our inbound and outbound growth marketing initiatives. You will work to create automated enterprise and SMB marketing campaigns and workflows to attract, qualify, engage and convert customers. You will monitor and improve our growth marketing stack to keep our data centralized and clean, our campaigns operating optimally, reporting accurate and leads processed using tools such as Marketo, Bizible, Lane Four, Zapier, and other top marketing and sales tools.

Responsibilities

  • Set up Marketo programs, emails, forms, reports and workflows to support Marketing team campaigns and business goals
  • Map the buyer journey, build and monitor Marketo engagement programs
  • Own email marketing process’ and execution
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to build effective emails and analyze those emails for optimization
  • Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance
  • Manage list imports and assignment
  • Create and monitor reporting dashboards for marketing team

Requirements

  • 2+ years professional experience in digital marketing operations
  • Marketo-certified, with SFDC experience
  • Experience maintaining core Marketo assets such as programs, engagement programs, email and landing page templates
  • Data-driven, comfortable with data analysis and visualization
  • Fast learner, able to adapt quickly
  • Previous startup experience
  • High attention to detail

Bonus points

  • Track record of optimizing workflows and processes using Asana, Slack, Google Docs and integration of these tools
  • Experience in using varied data analysis methods and/or statistical models a plus
  • Experience with attribution reporting and Bizible
  • Basic HTML and/or CSS knowledge
