ADP is hiring a RPO Client Account Manager

In this role you will be accountable for the day-to-day management of an account(s) at ADP RPO which includes accountability for the operational management of the account reports, performance metrics, billing, and client management. In addition, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing the account team staff and creating positive relationships with internal clients and departments. Your role is critical in serving both our clients and candidates.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Client Support. You will help our clients with their strategic direction, conduct training for client when appropriate, and facilitate client “all staff” meetings when appropriate.
  • Strategy: Create effective strategies and account enhancements in the process or technology based on the client needs.
  • Reporting. Client reporting which may include performance metrics, Business Reviews, Pipeline reports, etc.
  • People Leader. Resource alignment, development of associates, discussing wins and challenges with account teams.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

  • Experience. You have a minimum of 3 years of directly related experience, either in a corporate, RPO, or agency recruitment environment.
  • Leadership. Ability to lead, develop, and coach an account team
  • Client-Focus. Foster our culture dedicated to enhancing client satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
  • Service Orientation. You have an ambitious spirit and thrive under pressure, motivating you to not only hit hiring targets but exceed them.
  • Industry Expertise. You have in-depth knowledge of the recruiting industry and can be leveraged by less senior team members for best practice sharing.
  • Work Independently. You are an expert in your field and can leverage your own judgment and in-depth knowledge to impact a range of client, operational, project, or service activities.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.

  • You have additional years of experience in Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Project/Program Management, or Account Management
  • You are AIRS Certified, including, Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR)
  • You have other, highly-recognized professional certifications, such as: PMP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM – SCP
