About the Role

The Video Production Lead at Kustomer will be responsible for producing video projects from concept development to post-production and distribution. You must be a driven, innovative and experienced Video producer and editor with solid technical experience and a passion for creating high impact video content to engage and convert prospects.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the kick-off, creative development and execution of promotional videos
  • Creating and editing high quality video content for multi-platform use (web, social media, mobile, email) and distribution, both live action and animation
  • Producing video content that aligns with thought leadership topics, product marketing initiatives, and company culture
  • Creating motion graphics and animations for marketing and promotional usage
  • Managing video content on digital and social platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Collaborating with content marketing and product marketing to develop an overall video strategy and calendar that aligns with larger marketing initiatives
  • Measuring success of video content and optimize strategy accordingly
  • Editing and cutting webinar and virtual event videos for social and promotional purposes
  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of video recording and/or editing
  • Supervising lighting and camera direction, on-screen text and graphic creation and integration, sound engineering and post-production audio editing, and post-production video editing for end products

Your qualities:

  • College degree or specialized video production training
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Strong creative voice and zeal for using video to engage with B2B buyers
  • Expert in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
  • Reliable 1 GB or greater internet connection
  • Must possess strong communication and technical skills
  • Must be familiar with professional video equipment and various video file types/formats
  • Must have a team-spirited, positive personality
  • Experience creating videos for B2B tech companies a plus
