About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Marketing Programs Manager to join our growing Marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating, executing, and measuring strategic marketing campaigns to drive demand for our enterprise segment. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the marketing team in order to make our programs a success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with content, digital, design, events, product marketing, partner marketing, and operations in order to successfully launch and track marketing programs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the CX persona, as well as our key verticals, and design programs that attract and convert leads that ultimately turn into pipeline.
  • Own program logistics and project manage each campaign from start to finish, tracking every step in Asana.
  • Own the email marketing strategy for each campaign, from the content and design to the promotional schedule, in order to achieve campaign goals.
  • Research third party vendors and syndication partners that would amplify our programs.
  • Present to and train the Sales and BDR teams on our marketing programs so they can successfully follow up with leads from our campaigns.
  • Work closely with the operations team to optimize and consistently track campaign success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing programs, or integrated marketing
  • Track record of planning, executing, and measuring multiple projects
  • Positive attitude
  • Proactive
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Efficient communicator
  • Creative thinker
  • Strong writing skills
  • Industry knowledge a plus, SaaS experience preferred
  • ABM experience a plus
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce strongly preferred
