Job Title: SLC RC-CN CIPO Project Manager

Introduction:

We are looking to hire a project management professional with prior experience in driving internal and/or external projects (operation process improvements, digital solution implementation, etc.), for our Continuous Improvement Program Office (CIPO) in the position of Project Manager. This position requires a proven project management background, excellent communication skills, operation process management & digital transformation experience, solid financial background, and with an ability to drive change management topics across organizations.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Manage cross functional projects, incl. operational excellence and internal digitalization.
  • to enable innovation and support business value creation.
  • Project consultancy for internal projects, regarding operational excellence and internal digitalization.
  • Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders in different functions incl. management.
  • Bring valuable solutions to support internal business requirements.
  • Execute the special projects / tasks assigned by management.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • 5- 8 years working experience in the areas of project management, process optimization & digitalization.
  • Proven project management and problem-solving capability.
  • Good experience in operational excellence and / or digital transformation.
  • Basic finance background.
  • Good ability of structured thinking and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent English in written and spoken.
  • IT background regarding solution implementation project / program is preferred.
  • Experience in consulting business is preferred.
  • Data analytics capability is preferred.

The Continuous Improvement Program Office’s mission is to manage, maintain and disseminate the lean & digital enterprise construction and supporting operational excellence within LCB China. Through its focus on driving internal digital transformation, managing strategic programs / projects, optimizing operational processes, and executing lean enterprise concept on a continuous basis. It provides a platform to interface with different functions across the organization to optimize, atomize and improve complex processes in terms of performance, quality, and effectiveness. Managed by the Program Office, process innovation and creative collaboration within the LCB China organization will make process know-how available, foster synergies, ultimately manage complexity and cost that benefit the competitiveness and effectiveness of the group and thus all operating entities.
