Join the team dedicated to bringing more human analytics to the world! #WeAreCSquad In a few words: As a System Administrator, you will be part of the corporate IT Team in Paris. Your expertise will apply in the never-ending optimization and automation of the digital work environment of Contentsquare employees. Not only will you be responsible for delivering top-notch technology right in the hands of your coworkers, but you will also make sure their devices and tools are always up to date in a secure environment. This position will be in a close collaboration with the Helpdesk manager, who will have the reporting of tickets and issues making them strategic topics to be addressed. On a typical day, you will: o Help with functional scoping, validation of needs, workshops, technical recommendations, drafting of specifications o Design, test, deploy and maintain collaborative tools o Define a strategy that will allow to maintain an automated and hassle- free onboarding/offboarding/working experience Reporting : Being able to provide an estimation of tasks and sub-tasks. You will be asked to schedule and summarize deliverables, communicate updated status of the on-going projects o Define process for the helpdesk to be able to perform first-line support, technical checks and maintenance actions on the platform. We’d love to meet you: o You know at least one of the following MDM : Workspace One UEM (Airwatch), JAMF, Intunes, Landesk or similar o +3 years experience as a Digital Workspace or Collaborative Tools Engineer o Previous experience in SaaS applications and their APIs (Zoom / Slack /GoogleWorkspace / Jira). o You know of to deploy and maintain infrastructure in one of the following Collaboration platform : Office365, Google Workspace o You know at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Powershell..) o You are no stranger to some or all of the following acronyms : SCIM, SPF, SCEP, SAML, IdP GPO, DNS o Switching easily between project mode (study and scoping, high-level design) and the daily configuration and maintenance of the instances o Fluent in French & English (C1 level at least) Some examples of projects you may manage: o Implementation of a core customization and restriction package for both MacOS and Windows laptops o Design a self-service store for applications and tools o Developing and scaling up the Idp Workflow platform with the all SaaS catalog o Implement license assignment and un-assignment system based on usage o Consolidate employee information across all collaborative tools
