Cvent is looking for a Sr. Product Manager - SEO to join our rapidly growing company in Tysons, VA, to work on our Suppliers & Venues Solutions product line. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will own the requirements, execution, and analysis that help drive a best-in-class search strategy across our portfolio of products. This role will work directly with development and marketing teams to impact the page rank and increase user engagement. The successful candidate will have a combination of technical SEO skills, tactical SEO experience, analytical experience, and a passion for Product Management.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive Technical SEO roadmap, including site health, performance, platform improvements, taxonomy, structured data/schema, technical QA, and anomaly detection
  • Provide ongoing analysis of SEO trends, finding opportunities to expand Cvent's search share, and assist in the process of tracking and analyzing the overall success
  • Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to define, test, and launch SEO improvements
  • Lead multiple facets of the SEO program, including keyword research, content ideation, page performance, and monitoring of technical SEO issues
  • Partner with internal teams on business requirements documents, and business process flow diagrams, and other documentation needed for internal communication
  • Develop and maintain a keen understanding of competitive products and offerings
What You Need for this Position
  • 6-8 years of product management experience
  • 4+ years of technical SEO with proven expertise in technical and qualitative aspects of SEO
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, the design of modern, web-based Us Interfaces, and relational & document-oriented databases
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and familiarity with non-Google SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc.
  • Highly proficient in HTML, SSR, CSS, JS, and content management systems and how they impact SEO
  • Proven ability to interact and collaborate across the organization, including working closely with marketing, sales, professional services, and customer support
  • Experience with A|B or multivariate testing a strong plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated ability to drive clarity and precision in product requirements
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytic skills required
  • Relevant industry knowledge in event management software is a benefit
  • Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks while driving results
