In this role, you will have the opportunity

You will be managing a small team of recruiters with a high level of engagement and focus on the development of your team. This role would be required depending on the requirements, to be a hands-on recruiter with a commitment to individually fill roles. The position will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition India.

  • Intake: Identify the customers' business needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfillment of the needs within time, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Approaching the strategic hiring needs at a cluster level and you and your team will be responsible for scaling the business requirements from Sourcing and Selection needs by ensuring sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels (i.e. passive, internal, referral, etc.). Identify suitable candidate(s) matching both the agreed business needs and the candidate's ambitions and expectations
  • Ensure the proposed candidate(s) are interviewed and evaluated by the business in line with the agreed recruitment plan, way of working, and related guidelines. Job-offer & contracting: Manage the offer process for the selected candidate in line with both the agreed compensation & benefits level for the job and the (realistic) candidate's expectations Business partner:
  • Build and maintain a good relationship, business knowledge, and satisfaction of your customers (both Hiring Managers and HR Managers) Continuous Improvement: Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition organization and its services Compliance: Deliver agreed on recruitment services (service portfolio) in line with the agreed way-of-working and related guidelines.

To be successful in this role,

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function with at least 2-3 years in a team-leading role.
  • Experience in IT Technology, the Healthcare sector, or Digital IT companies is preferred.
  • You are expected to have a good understanding of customers’ business and its needs, including the organizational setting of the vacancy (business acumen)
  • Proven experience in continuously improving knowledge of the labor market and the expectations of candidates (labor market expertise)
  • You should be able to work on multiple procedures and maintain constant quality and efficiency (complexity management)
  • Supports Executive search Requisitions within a specific geography and others as requested. You will be working on various project executions and ensure that the function is represented in all talent engagements
  • You should be able to demonstrate the ability to influence customers and drive the recruiting process with speed and expertise as a strategic advisor
  • Training in behavioral interviewing assessment (STAR methodology)
  • Demonstrates honed customer management skills May work on or lead department projects
  • Excellent customer focus and strong consultation skills
  • Always conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct
  • Ability to manage customers’ expectations and to deal with customers using a consultative approach
  • The role is based in Pune It is expected that the candidate has to be based out of Pune and adhere to the working principles as set by Philips Innovation Centre,
