What are we looking for?

• Bachelor/Master ́s degree, preferably in business with a major in Demand or Sales management or similar
• Category Management process and tools certifications
• 2-3 years Demand or Sales experience
• Fluent in German (written and spoken) is an obligatory requirement, strong English skills
• Track record in building strong relationships with robust interpersonal and influencing skills
• Very good analytical skills and solid business understanding
• Knowledge of the Austrian market would be beneficial

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead C2Y / 3Y value creation plan for his/her Category/Market
• Localise category & trade stories towards retailers
• Steer implementation of Picture of Success and Merchandising Key Beliefs by segment and for main channels
• Identify and execute projects to achieve quality & quantity of distribution in line with Picture of Success
• Own the yearly Trade days by customer / work with customers in line with the agreed service agreement per customer /Create relationship with local customer category team
• Identify and lead initiatives for our key growth platforms related to shelf/category management/PQA
• Prepare planograms as per project requirement
• S&OP decision cycle: Provide Category and Mars view on potential new initiatives and guide the unit to what success should look like.
• Business Partner KAM to agree and drive bold actions per customer related to Perfect Store/Category vision/Value creation initiatives
