We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Recruiter to join our growing Talent team. This individual will partner closely with leaders across our business to fill critical roles that will fuel our growth and impact.

What you’ll do
- Serve as a partner to our leadership team and executives to understand hiring needs, develop strategies, and drive innovative approaches to attract top talent
- Build strong and diverse pipelines by engaging passive talent, unlocking new ways to market your roles, and leveraging referrals.
- Create and run an efficient, equitable, and thoughtful process that balances rapid growth and maintaining a high bar for talent
- Utilize data to understand your pipelines and identify opportunities to strengthen your approach to fill each role
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that focuses on inclusive recruitment and hiring practices
- Help up-level our Talent Team by building and sharing best practices for sourcing, hiring, and retaining great team members
Qualifications, skills, & abilities
- You’re an experienced full-cycle recruiter
- You are goal oriented, and strive to continuously raise the bar for yourself, your hiring managers and your teammates
- You build rapport quickly and continuously seek ways to improve your hiring processes, drawing from data, candidate feedback, and intuition
- You pride yourself on consistently running an excellent process for your candidates and hiring managers
- You are an expert at building and managing diverse candidate pipelines via sourcing, referrals, and inbound strategies
Brightwheel offers a competitive compensation package (base salary, equity and benefits) with a strong emphasis on equity-based compensation (ownership in brightwheel). For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In alignment with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual cash compensation for this role in Colorado is targeted at $108,000-$149,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
