As a Quality Analyst in the Supplier Quality Management department, you will be responsible for the quality of the suppliers for the aircraft exterior paint application and the raw material.
In your role, you will:
- Perform source inspection at the supplier to evaluate the quality of the aircraft exterior paint application related to the Bombardier technical specifications
- Lead quality review with the suppliers
- Request detail corrective actions to the supplier for repetitive issues
- Evaluate the overall quality supplier performance
- Initiate corrective actions request for repetitive issues
- Provide visibility on the open actions & follow-up (Powerpoint presentation) to management
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in aircraft paint application and/or on special processes related to paint application
- You have experience in the Aerospace industry
- You have strong leadership, problem solving, flexibility and project management skills
- You have experience intervene with supplier
- You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English (French is also an asset)
- You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You have flexible, available and you are able to travel locally and internationally, sometimes with short notice.
