Do you have a desire to develop a deep understanding of the business you support? If so, the Affiliate Marketing Manager may be a great fit! This is a new and crucial role that will drive growth for Freightquote, a division of C.H. Robinson. In this role, you will manage affiliate partners to ensure they are meeting lead quality, quantity, and financial objectives. You will assess areas of optimization and present solutions to create win/win results to allow profitable growth. This will include working with marketing shared services, handling competing priorities and effectively communicating both internally and externally.

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in North America.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage the affiliate marketing program that maximizes performance within the targeted budget
• Recruit, onboard, integrate, test, and manage performance-based marketing partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, communicating performance expectations that ensure timely reporting and consistent evaluation of growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance, quality, and brand standards are maintained across all partners
• Develop, deliver, and test creative assets across programs
• Identify opportunities to optimize traffic and adjusting campaign structures
• Provide consistent reporting and insights to external partners as well as internal stakeholders
• Hold affiliate partners accountable for their lead quality and volume; track, analyze and regularly share affiliate performance against our metrics and goals
• Activate strategies that increase participation in our affiliate program
• Identify, research, and recommend solutions to traffic and technical anomalies
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of Affiliate Marketing experience, as well as conversion metrics experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• B2B and Service Marketing experience
• Transportation/supply chain industry experience
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics & strategies (SEO, PPC, Display, etc.)
• Experience with Adobe
• Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and foster deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple multiple projects successfully
