• Bachelor degree and above with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration; MBA, MACC, CPA will be preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of financial accounting experience
• Preferred minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain Finance (Fixed Assets, Primes, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Preferred Hands-on experience in digital tools such as Power BI, etc.
• Preferred experience in public accounting, internal or external audit, or experience with a publicly traded company
• Foundational knowledge of Governance and Controls philosophy

What will be your key responsibilities?

Develop plan to deliver improved and efficient processes through 'voice of customer' initiatives:

- Serve as the key contact between MGSF SCF+FA INDIA Financial Operations and stakeholders

- Facilitate ongoing ways of working with stakeholders

- Responsible for coaching and training operational Associates on proper financial accounting for operational processes (ex: importance of timely asset capitalization, importance of accurate standard costs, etc.)

- Assess the impact Operations Associates have on financial processes and conduct health check during transitions

Governance & Controls:

- Single point of contact in SCF + FA team for governance and controls including adherence to ICE Controls and effective operational controls

- Responsible for adherence to applicable documented SCF + FA ICE Controls

- Identify opportunities to improve governance and controls in processes, simplify controls, and minimize risks

- Lead self-audits of SCF + FA to test effectiveness of controls to both identify existing deficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement to minimize risks and simplify

- Gatekeeper for transitional work to ensure risks are identified and documented and proper controls are in place as work is transitioned under MGSF for INDIA

Analytics & Automation:

- Responsible for taking current state processes and developing automation pipeline in SCF +FA in collaboration with MGSF SCF+FA Associates, Genpact, Digital, and GPO

- Leverage internal and external resources to develop strong working understanding of possible digital tools in order to be champion of automation

- Responsible to design and build digital tools incorporating user acceptance testing feedback
