� 5-8 years work experience in Automotive Project Management � Project manager responsible for ECU Mechanics development for Power Electronics, Body Computers, Gateways, Keyless Entry system including platform, variant & customer projects � Responsibility for project objectives (cost, time, quality) � Coordinate and lead development team � Tracking & monitoring of project progress (budget, resources, time, quality). � Perform Quality gates (QGs) according to project lifecycle � Manage project risks until conclusion � Act as interface to manufacturing, logistics, Quality, other Engineering functions, Lead and manufacturing plants � Lead problem solving and manage escalations on time effectively � Create Project Development Plan in agreement with management � Review and report project progress to Steering committee � Coordinate & fulfill development according to Product Engineering process (PEP) � Define Project Development Plan and make decisions within project constraints � Monitor & Control project budget � Represent team and enable timely decisions � Develop and agree technical requirements with customer within project scope � Monitor & control technical requirement engineering � Perform change management � Perform project management according to process � Align project master schedule with plant representative � Monitor & control the system development project progress before series parts delivery � Ensure delivery in time according to the project master schedule � Escalate unsolved deviations to the project and/or Senior management � Contribute to & update project risk management according to process � Escalate evaluated risks to the project and/or Senior management � Analyze data and take corrective actions � Perform configuration management � Monitor & control project process quality deviations � Plan & coordinate FMEA � Plan & coordinate sample build, test & handover to sales (samples for customer) according to process
� Bachelor's / Master degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics Engineering � Good communication and English both in oral and written � Initiative and responsible � Team-working and capability of analysis and problem-solving � Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
� Exposure to Project Management methodologies
� Exposure to IATF 16949 and ISO standards of Automotive relevance
� PMI Certified would be added advantage
