Job Description

Narvar is Growing! We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own performance across all of our media channels, focused on scaling new customer acquisition!

Day-to-Day

  • Own performance across media channels, with a focus on scaling new customer acquisition while achieving efficiency targets and customer quality based on pipe:spend
  • Define acquisition opportunities to maximize current digital channels and explore new channel or content sponsorship opportunities
  • Take an integrated approach to media planning inclusive of all paid digital channels
  • Build, maintain and monitor reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics
  • Build out tests to prove out hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations, taking a data-driven approach to define roadmap and strategy
  • Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback and present results, as well as create high-quality content and campaigns to ensure business goals are met
  • Communicate performance to senior leadership on a regular, highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous improvement
  • Responsible for setting budgets, defining objectives, monitoring workflow, identifying and filling resource gaps, and implementing and refining processes as needed

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years experience in growth marketing
  • At least 4 years experience directly building, launching, and managing in ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and any other related channels
  • Managed multi-million dollar monthly performance marketing budgets
  • Experience in the areas affiliate marketing, paid media, product marketing, and influencing product from a growth perspective
  • Built or managed a performance marketing team in the past
  • Experience working in tandem with other channels, including but not limited to PR and Organic Social/Community
  • Knows foundational metrics of growth: ROI/LTV/CAC
  • Extensive use of data in decision making and has experience with Tableau, Lookr, or other BI / reporting tools
