What You Will Accomplish:

  • Create and manage quality people data and metrics to guide business decisions
  • Leverage and maximize HRIS functionality with regard to workflow, manager & employee self-service, reporting, etc. to drive team/work place effectiveness, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop annual HRIS roadmap based on organizational needs and execute against the roadmap.
  • Work to develop an executive dashboard to enable real time information to Illumio leadership for day to day operations and insight
  • Provide insights and develop recommendations for leveraging our system to increase efficiency, automation and scale.
  • Regularly review and address all HR inquiries, providing tier-1 HRIS system support for all HR functions, escalating issues appropriately, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Partner with HR members to support the lifecycle (hire to retire) process for employees within HR systems including ADP, Workday HRIS and Greenhouse ATS. Ensures all processes in full employee lifecycle are consistent across the regions, with awareness of local laws, practices and regulations.
  • Partner with HR and end users within the organization to define requirements for ad-hoc report requests. Makes recommendations, design, develop, and test final report using HR systems.
  • Review, audit and ensure integrity and compliance of the transactional data into the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay rate changes – ensures overall data integrity in global transactions.
  • Analyze organization processes to identify places where data integration can reduce manual input.
  • Perform analysis and technical support for all HR systems and escalates issues appropriately. Assists with business process improvement, design, and problem solving.
  • Perform testing for system fixes and enhancements. Responsible for writing test scripts, use cases, process flows, and validating expected outcomes. Ability to assume ownership and provide recommendation to sign off on planned enhancements.
  • Continuously review and update processes within HR documentation and user manuals.
  • Fulfill any additional, ad-hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business

What You Will Bring:

  • Exceptional data skills including aggregation, cleaning, manipulation, and analysis; experience with people data preferred. Such as Excel skills in VLOOKUPs and pivot tables for analysis.
  • Business system workflow mentality to guide the organization towards operational efficiency and scale.
  • Comfort with and passion for accurate people data
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality is a must
  • Experience with global HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday. Workday experience preferred.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS required.
  • Experience with other HR systems such as Lattice, Culture Amp, and PingBoard desired
  • Exceptional presentation skills and professional communicator
  • Strong team skills working collaboratively with a group
  • Exhibited attention to detail and accuracy is key
  • Track record of execution and strong follow up skills which managing multiple priorities
  • Project management and system implementation experience leading a program across multiple functions
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years' experience in a HR Operations Analyst, HRIS Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
  • Human Resources experience required
  • Excellent Microsoft/G Suite skills
