Taboola is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team in Gurgaon. The TA team is tasked with recruiting top talent that positively impacts our business and culture while keeping up with an aggressive growth plan. We are global, agile, and focused on excellent client-service.

The TA team is responsible for hiring all of our positions in APAC, and we hire everything – sales, marketing, account management, operations, finance, R&D; full cycle recruitment across 6 APAC offices.

We are looking to add an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to our APAC team with experience in R&D recruitment, used to a fast-pace, able to juggle competing priorities, and enjoys getting roles filled!

In this job you will:

• Manage full lifecycle of recruitment: process, strategy, sourcing/screening candidates, guiding candidates through the interview process, offer negotiation/presentation
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders (HRBPs and business leaders) to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities and to fill hiring needs in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent candidate experiences and internal client service
• Be proactive in identifying a strong pipeline across live, and for future, roles
• Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability and competency based assessments during their interview.
• Juggle multiple requisitions, across various business units, and you'll make it look easy, because let's face it, you thrive on that!

About You:

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, bonus points if you have prior experience managing high volume recruitment.
• Prior experience in campus recruitment will be an added advantage, but not a prerequisite
• A self-starter who can work with ambiguity and the ability to navigate a less structured environment.
• Experience hiring a variety of roles, ranging from entry-level to more experienced hires with a focus on highly skilled roles such as technology, product, or professional services
• Extensive Sourcing experience (familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter essential)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, able to multitask and prioritize without close supervision

It would be great to have:

• Tech recruiting experience, or the desire to do more technical roles
• Greenhouse ATS experience
