Salesforce Admin for Integrations

The Commercial Enablement team at Adyen has a mission to become the knowledge hub enabling commercial teams to run efficiently, effectively and in line with business strategies. We support the commercial organization by driving results.

In this role you will be part of the Commercial Applications & Operations team and our focus is: Defining and optimizing commercial ways of working globally by equipping the commercial teams with tools and technology they need to excel.

As part of the team you will be the Salesforce Admin looking after and improving our out-of-the-box integrations with Salesforce. In your role you will work closely with other team members and end users. You will be able to critically review incoming user requests and help prioritize different ideas to continuously innovate our Salesforce instance, with the focus on connecting the dots between our various tools, ensuring smooth ways of working and flows.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain and improve current out-of-the-box integrations with our Salesforce instance
  • Identify and evaluate new applications and services for out-of-the-box integration into our Commercial tech stack
  • Working closely with Marketing, SDR and Sales teams and other commercial teams to integrate and optimize tools that enable them becoming more efficient and successful
  • Take on admin work within our Salesforce instance, such as creating and building on existing flows, processes, and various other system configurations with the focus on our full funnel
  • Help educate and communicate changes to users
  • Prioritize and address requests from either Commercial teams or your own team members
  • Review, test and document bug fixes and new features from yourself and your team members
  • Maintain data quality and structure in Salesforce with the focus on the integrations

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative degree field.
  • 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce (or equivalent tools)
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with other applications
  • You have affinity and understanding of Sales & Marketing
  • You have experience working with multiple teams and coordinating different requests
  • Experience in company with a fast paced environment and lots of freedom is a big plus
