The Consultant-Systems Integration is responsible for consulting with clients regarding business needs and goals for current and future software/hardware and infrastructure development. The goal is to drive the sale of equipment, software, maintenance and integration services in support of the sale of AT&T network solutions. The selected candidate will develop technical solutions and advise customers on the use and strengths of both hardware and software products available in the market. Provides expertise on the use of company or third party software and hardware products as it relates to the infrastructure business needs and goals of the client. Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. Identifies additional product and services opportunities in assigned customer organization. Viewed by customers as a consultant and works directly with end-customer, AT&T Account Teams, and OEM partner sales teams in an effort to develop solutions to meet customer's business needs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Excellent customer relationship skills a must, will work directly with end customers/AT&T Account Teams/OEM Partner Account Teams. Working knowledge of networking design and the general workings of LAN/WAN networks. Ability to work in a fast paced environment supporting numerous customers is key, basic understanding of business concepts (revenue, COGS, margin calculations, etc.).
• Using business process engineering techniques, develops technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions, using the company or a third-party hardware and software products.
• Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.
• Provides expertise in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
• Identifies additional product and services opportunities in customer organization.
• Viewed by customers as a consultant.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
• 3 years of experience
• Extensive knowledge of company and third-party products, technical solutions, and platforms
• Additional software or hardware technical certifications may be required
