Opportunity The Comcast Business Customer & Digital Experience team manages digital properties and experiences for Comcast Business. With a focus on customer engagement across the customer journey, we are an entrepreneurial team focused on creating opportunities to educate, enlighten and delight new and existing customers. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our customer base through the delivery of enhanced flows, smart features, and self-service solutions that foster trust and loyalty. The Comcast Business Digital Experience Product Management team is searching for a Product Owner with proven success in delivering digital products and services across web and mobile platforms. The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the on-time and efficient delivery of continual enhancements to the digital self-service experience. This role will facilitate continual communication and collaboration among internal digital delivery teams to ensure features are developed based on clear requirements and delivered according to schedule. Working closely with the Sr. Product Manager, the Product Owner will assist in the creation and management of the product roadmap. The Product Owner will partner with stakeholders to ensure a streamlined end-to-end experience that aligns with corporate strategy and best practices. The Product Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new features and enhancements provide excellent and innovative customer experiences.Job Description
