The Opportunity:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the initial contact for all of our candidates. You will be an essential part of our hiring efforts by working directly with recruiters to help schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers across the company, and gain exposure to business processes by collaborating on new projects. You will report to your Team Manager who will aid in your professional development and your mentor will help you with on-the-job training.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Partner and coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and important business leaders across the firm
  • Manage your day by communicating and scheduling next steps for multiple candidates
  • Provide a positive experience for both internal clients (hiring managers and recruiters) and external clients (candidates)
  • Prioritize professional growth and self-development through ongoing training and feedback
  • Work in a collaborative team atmosphere where you will be supported and challenged

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Experience managing Outlook calendars or similar calendar function
  • You are engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email
  • Commitment to maintain quality of work while sticking to a timeline
  • Eager to work in a collaborative environment to support high-volume output
  • You meet challenges head-on; You learn from your setbacks and work towards improvement
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
