Full Stack Developer

As a software developer, you’ll grow your skills and solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, agile environment. We’re looking for someone like you to build an enterprise-level data collection platform from vision to production-ready system.

As a software developer on our team, you’ll work with developers and database administrators to overcome our customer’s most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches. You’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques, while helping to identify and implement system improvements. This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, and identify needed system improvements. Using your creativity, .Net skills, and AGILE lifecycle development, you’ll work with the development team to build the client's cloud-based assessment system. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience as a full stack developer, including developing .Net solutions for complex systems
• Experience with investigating requirements and using creativity and standard coding practices and techniques to develop functional software capabilities
• Experience with all aspects of program definition, documentation, and testing
• Ability to write SQL scripts
• Ability to understand and implement security and data protections
• Ability to perform analyses and assist in collection, preparation, storage, and retrieval of data
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Associate's degree
• Security+ Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with developing application the Azure Cloud
• Knowledge of the Agile development methodology, Microsoft SQL Server platform, survey development and performance management tools a plus
• Ability to perform all phases of software design, development, and documentation
• Ability to join an existing team, rapidly assimilate information, and to quickly begin meaningful contributions to the team's project
• Ability to develop applications and integrations using the Microsoft SQL Server platform including reports, imports, exports, data warehousing tasks, and other data related tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Microsoft Computing Environment Certification
