We are looking for an IT compliance expert with 4-6 years of experience and is having MAS TRM compliance expertise. He should be able to help the guide the team on various MAS TRM compliance topics

Roles Responsibilities

• Reviews and monitors the compliance issues and consults and guides and apply controls to mitigate risks as per the MAS TRM guidelines
• Monitor and update policies and procedures of the IT Compliance Program
• To collaborate with other departments (e.g., Risk Management, Internal Audit) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
• Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures
• Ensures that compliance Issues/concerns within the IT are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
• Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/ recommends corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
• Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the IT Steering Committee or Information Security Steering Committee and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
• Develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers
• Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates IT compliance activities to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness and identify trends.

Skills and Experience

• Graduate Degree in any discipline.
• 4-6 years of working experience.
• Expertise in MAS TRM compliance and SDLC governance topics
• Working experience: Experience in Compliance , Internal Audit, Risk Management
• Excellent communication: communicates with clarity and confidence at all levels, adapts style and content to the needs of the audience.
