What is the key purpose of an FLS Tech Lead?

A professional in this role will provide technical leadership for the Territory Implementation group to deliver best in class technical solutions to Taboola's Publisher groups from different regions. This position requires an ability to partner with people with varied experiences and backgrounds to understand the technical challenges and the top notch technical skills to build the most sophisticated and scalable solutions.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

• 4+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems with 4+ technical leadership experience.
• 4+ years of hands on experience on HTML, CSS, NodeJS, & JS.
• 3+ years of enterprise support experience.
• Hands-on experience with XML, API, Web and Application Servers.
• Experience with Database - MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL
• Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
• Experience with Technical Support.
• Experience of working in a rapid global business growth environment will be a huge plus.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to combine the need to meet and exceed customer expectations while operating within stated project parameters. You will precisely own and define how the Frontline Service group should prepare themselves to be future ready in terms of product/technology to support the growth of Taboola’s Publishers.

What will I be doing on a day-to day today basis? As an FLS Tech Lead you will:

• Build a solid hands on experience on Taboola products and represent/lead the Territory Implementation group in technical discussions with R&D, Product, Publisher and other groups
• Liaising with team members, management, and business groups to ensure bulk tech support projects are completed to agreed technical standard
• Support publisher group and colleagues throughout the lifecycle
• Analyzing existing operation to understand inefficiencies and build a solid and progressive plan in collaboration with other groups to address the gaps on a regular basis
• Develop and maintain, a measurable and sustainable learning practices to keeping the team up to date on Taboola product features
• Take complete ownership of any technical issues or escalations and provide feasible solutions
• Act as a role model for individuals who wants to build their career in technical leadership
