Get to know the Role:

  • You will learn the various components of employee experience excellence
  • You will learn stakeholder management skills
  • You will be exposed to various HR tech and lead with your heart

The day-to-day activities:

Onboarding:

  • Managing GrabOn to send comprehensive communication to new hires with information related to the onboarding procedure (e.g. work schedules, parking options, dress code etc.).
  • Preparing onboarding kits.
  • Addressing the queries of new hires.
  • Gathering and processing paperwork (e.g. NDCA, Offer letter, etc.).
  • Welcoming new hires and giving them a tour of the office.
  • Introducing new hires with team members.
  • Coordinating logistics for Onboarding/Reboarding session including: Pops & Other Department presentations, Partners’ experience (GrabCar Shadow, GrabFood Delivery, Mex Acquisition Experience), etc.

Employee Engagement:

  • Rewards and recognition – Implement employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Grabber Engagement Survey (GES) - Help drive efforts related to using data and survey outcomes to identify & build action plans with the most valuable themes and stories to help our teams improve engagement and experience.
  • Culture – together with Pops team to create an inclusive and fun culture by implementing meaningful activities for teams to interact. (e.g. All Hands meetings, Company trip, Company birthday, ...)
  • Analyzes data and identifies key insights to make improvements.
  • Overseeing our established internal communications channels (e.g. Workplace, employee newsletters, email announcements).
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Employer Branding:

  • While being part in designing the strategy for employer branding, you will be in charge with implementing the agreed initiatives.
  • You will take the lead in designing events and initiatives to boost our brand as employer on the market. You will be able to use your creative skills in a set of general guidelines.
  • Ensure that internal/external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned and disseminated effectively via recruitment and attraction campaigns.
  • Proactively plan and manage employer branding events, such as job fairs, career events, open days, workshops, etc.
  • Develop and maintain various communication and marketing materials, including employee videos/testimonials, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Create and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and student associations to generate continuous awareness on our employer brand.

Learning & Development:

  • Work with the L&D team to organize both internal and external training, communicating with everyone involved to ensure a smooth start.
  • Keep all delegates informed of their expected attendance at internal and external training courses and organize their timetables.
  • Communicate and coordinate learning and development activities across the business, as appropriate and play a support role in the launch of new L&D initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for the coordination and organization of learning lunches.
  • Work with the L&D team to evaluate L&D programs against agreed KPIs supporting any action to improve quality where appropriate.

  • Organizing, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Organization and Prioritization

  • Good English communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree ​

This Data Protection Notice / Privacy Policy describes how GrabTaxi Holdings Pte Ltd (“Grab”) and its respective subsidiaries, associate companies and jointly controlled entities (“Grab Group”) uses your Personal Data.

“Personal Data” means information about you, from which you are identifiable, including but not limited to your name, identification card number, passport number, nationality, address, telephone number, race, gender, date of birth, marital status, resident status, education background, email address, your occupation, and any other information about you that has been or may be collected, stored, used and processed by Grab Group from time to time which may include sensitive personal data such as data relating to health, political, religious or other similar beliefs.

In some circumstances, you may have provided Personal Data relating to other individuals (such as your referees) and in such circumstances you represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide their Personal Data to the Grab Group and you have obtained their consent for their Personal Data be processed and used in the manner as set forth in this Notice.

When the Personal Data requested through this tool is mandatory, you must provide and agree to the processing of this Personal Data by Grab Group. However, if you do not provide Grab Group your Personal Data, Grab Group will not be able to process your Personal Data for the purposes outlined below and your application may be rejected.

The information provided by you in your employment application will be stored in the GRAB Candidate Application Database. The purposes for which Grab Group processes your Personal Data are as follows:

  1. To verify your identity;
  2. To assess and/or verify your suitability and employability;
  3. To contact you in respect of your application;
  4. To perform other related activities (including surveying and research activities to improve Grab's recruiting processes);
