Responsibilities

• Lead and coach repair sites Quality Managers on various strategic quality initiatives and plus regulatory plus Quality Management compliance standards
• Support and provide guidance for MRO leadership on root cause analysis methodologies to eliminate customer escapes
• Implement and create procedures to ensure compliance to the business processes
• Analyze data and recommend improvements to internal department, repair sites, and suppliers based on audits results, escape activity, and other relevant quality performance measures
• Support and drive quality cost reduction initiatives, execution of quality plans that drive achievement to meet quality goals
• Flow down and coach suppliers and sites on QMS, and regulatory requirements
• Perform audits and process reviews at internal sites and external providers to ensure compliance to industry, customer, and regulatory requirements
• Promote continuous improvement and implement best practices within quality systems
