The Team is focused on increasing and improving Akamais technical product educational offerings for our Sales, Pre-Sales and other organizations. By focusing our educational offerings on product, competition, market, architectural landscapes and certifications we will help elevate the stakeholders to the next generation of technical value selling and consulting experts.

Join our Product & Technical Learning team (PTL) at Akamai!

As an LMS Administrator, you will be an integral member of PTL. The role enables you to plan, organize, publish and maintain content in our LMS. You will work directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams on strategic LMS-oriented projects or initiatives. This role is crucial in maintaining ongoing communication, resolving queries, and managing helpdesk tickets.

As a LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Publishing and maintaining learning objects, curriculums, and classroom/virtual sessions adhering to defined guidelines, in the LMS.
• Collaborating with Instructional Designers, Program Managers, and stakeholders to support learning events and other training facilitation requirements.
• Troubleshooting/resolving LMS helpdesk tickets and technical queries from both end users and internal business stakeholders.
• Running demos and educating user groups/stakeholders on the LMS features.
• Building and generating reports on training programs/initiatives.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Education BS in Information Systems, Education, or similar
• Have a minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in an LMS role, preferably in an IT or education-oriented e-learning organization
• Demonstrate functional knowledge of Docebo Learn LMS is preferred.
