Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Ability to speak and write in French and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and customizing experience for a customer base.
  • Comfortability with proactively reaching out to customers, and assisting them in adding value to their business.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance, with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.

Our Mid-Market Sales team is a critical growth engine for clients in Google Customer Solutions. Our Account Managers are a cohort of client-focused and enthusiastic and sellers who build long term relationships with their customers. They are dedicated to understanding the business goals of their customers and provide the best Google advertising solutions to drive business success for both their customers and Google as a whole.

Our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused members are the "human face" of Google, helping entrepreneurs both individually and broadly build their online presence and grow their businesses. We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of businesses varying across verticals by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth and managing risks.
  • Work towards quarterly goals on new and existing business.
  • Acquire and share knowledge of the customers industry, competitive landscapes, client products and key business issues that affect the client and industry.
  • Use your knowledge of Google's products (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube, Apps) to align them with clients' marketing objectives and translate strategy into action plans.
