HCA09: Interiors (Propulation) -Fairf 3530 Branscombe Road, Fairfield, CA, 94533 USAThe Product Line Manager’s (PLM) primary responsibility is to be the interface of Program Management to Operations. The PLM works cross-functionally, within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) comprised of focals from Operations, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Engineering (Manufacturing, Production and Quality) to execute projects in support of manufacturing and quality improvements. This role coordinates with business stakeholders in operations and program management to ensure successful delivery of products in alignment to factory capacity and master production schedule (MPS). The PLM leads root cause and corrective action of issues impacting quality of the Product Line. The PLM also supports Operations leadership in timely issue resolution of manufacturing flow inhibitors. Finally, the PLM supports development & execution of strategic plans related to product roadmap and new technology insertion.
This role is required to be on site as this is an Operations facing role. Remote work is allowed on a case-by-case basis with leader.
