Working Experience in TrackWise configuration which includes TrackWise workflow Group categories Config forms Admin queries TW Coordinator configuration etc.
Experience in Trackwise utilities like PR Import Selection Import Person Import and Entity Import
TrackWise installation and upgrade.
TrackWise Database knowledge and Skilled in SQL queries
Debugging and creating TrackWise inbound and outbound web services using JAVA.
Experience in crystal report issue fixation a

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Developer Science / Engineering graduate.Drive technical delivery for given module / work package / complete work package oversee and develop components of work package / complete work package as per the client or project requirements for all the assigned deliverables modify complex systems or develop new sub systems and supervise work executed by team of Developers / Senior

Requirements Gathering:
Participate in requirement gathering JAD sessions and support documentation where applicable (business functional UI usability data compliance data migration NFR 3rd party tools & products)
Raise clarifications with customer / onsite to eliminate any ambiguity on the scope of work assigned from the Client / Project Co coordinator track to closure any open clarifications with customer / onsite understand and translate requirements into design
Thought Leadership / Process Improvements / Delivery Excellence:
Lead technology inititives incubate and build tools & reusable assets for dev / Productivity enhancement
Understand the current IT/Technology trends and analyze/identify the impact of each trend on the business segments within vertical in relation to area under purview
Create reusable assets / supporting artifacts based on the industry landscape
Identify re usable solutions/assets which can be built within the technology unit
Co author points of view publish whitepapers represent in the Technology Conferences/Roadshows/Forums
Guide teams to create case studies/whitepapers on application/solution/enterprise architecture / technology recommendations
