Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to drive Philips Domestic Appliances growth by translating business and marketing objective into winning consumer centric digital campaigns which lead users throughout the customer decision journey. You will be a part of Global Digital HUB operating in APAC region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing an ambitious Paid Search strategy for champions preposition as well as e retailer platforms in APAC such as Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Q10, JD and Amazon to contribute to the growth of our brand preference and market shares.
  • Translating brief objectives into effective digital activation with customer centric approach
  • Driving online excellence for full funnel end to end campaign activation (media planning, e-commerce)
  • Ensure the activation ecosystem and target are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI's.
  • Recommend and implement measurement solutions or A/B test to help understand the impact your campaigns make on targeted audience, the business in general. Continuously check on effectiveness of media buying and creative strategy.
  • Support to develop content in line with key digital platforms specifics and the best practices
  • Driving the adaptation of key digital tools and capabilities that being rolled out across Business, Content and Media
  • Drive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.
  • Manage relationship with key vendors and partners
  • Continuously search for innovation to drive digital excellence and leverage best practices across markets
  • Develop activation capabilities, practice change management to effectively contribute to driving growth
  • Acts as single point of contact for Group of Markets that are supported for specific activations
  • Consulting and coaching to achieve global and local online excellence

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience with the proven track of record in Digital Media Planning/Buying (Paid Social, Paid Search) on client or agency side
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Paid Search campaign management with multiple languages across Google, Lazada & Shopee and broader knowledge of Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform (SA 360, DV360, GA ) and Lazada & Shopee MSP
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proven experience in working with large businesses in international environment.
  • Experience of managing and supervising team of experts
  • Experience in working with creative/communications teams to craft creative assets driving audiences through full consumer decision journey
  • Confidence and skill in presentation, communication and knowledge-sharing, engaging and leading them through complicated subject matter
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) and additional Asian language would be a plus
