The Navigation family of Program Managers, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute a collection of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security. And, provides direct people-management responsibility for the program teams supporting the Navigation family of programs.

Seeking to hire a Program Manager to support the C4ISR business unit. The Program Manager's primary responsibility will be as Program Manager for a programs within the Integrated Communications Solutions (ICS) product line, managing established and well funded programs. • 10+ years’ work experience with Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• Lead technical and program teams through all phases of the lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others.
• Business acumen mindset, awareness within and outside the business
• Provide proactive cross function leadership of a key strategic portfolio to achieve customer commitments and business growth expectations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's and 12+ years related experience, or Master’s Degree and 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience executing programs using Earned Value Management techniques
